We will endeavour to test you at the first available opportunity. As mentioned before, your job offer is based upon you providing us with a successful demonstration of your skills!However, in the unlikely event that you fail a test, we may still be able to help you. But it’s highly likely that we will have to offer you a lower skilled role than originally discussed, which more often than not will command a lower salary!When a worker arrives to us and fails a test, if you want our help, let us know and we will try our best. The first thing we’ll do is ask the company you’ve tested with if they have any other opportunities that would suit your skill set. If that’s the case, we’ll make you aware and give you the opportunity to take that job! If they have nothing for you, we’ll try and find another of our clients’ whose requirements meet your skills, and offer you that opportunity, this may require you move to another location.If we have nothing else we can offer; we will let you know if we can introduce you to anybody else that might be able to offer you work.If, that fails, we can do nothing more for you, you will have two final choices; stay and find yourself a job, or return from where you came. This is yet another reason that we tell you to bring at least £300 with you. Because if you fail there may be no job for you, which means no income, and you will have to fund yourself from here onwards!We hope that is not the outcome of your journey with us and we will do all we can to ensure a positive outcome for you!
