Pre Employment

You Have Arrived! What Happens Next?

Neque porro quisquam est, qui dolorem ipsum quia dolor sit amet, consectetur

Good question.

On most occasions you will arrive and be met at an agreed location by one of our staff.  In some circumstances, you will have made arrangements to meet with potential landlords to view and secure a property.

If you arrive in the early part of a normal working day, we will be able to test you before you need to secure a property, and once you’ve passed a test you should then be clear to visit properties and get yourself settled in and acquainted with your new surroundings.  Planning your trip this way makes the most sense and will cause you the least risk and inconvenience.  If you follow this guidance, you will test, pass the test, undertake a thorough induction / introduction to your new workplace – during the Induction, you will need to complete a number of forms including the ‘Employee recruitment journey document’, and our staff will complete the ‘Candidate on boarding checklist’ document.  These documents provide a written version of your interactions with 360 up to the time you complete them.

Following all of that – you should attend work as and when agreed.

WE will ask our staff to place ‘check in’ calls to you after your first full day; if you have any questions or queries we can answer them, and if we don’t know the answers – we can ask the client.  Our aim is to ensure that any information you need is provided as quickly as possible.  Hopefully, everything from here on goes smoothly!

However; If you arrive at an unsociable time of day, or at the weekend, do not expect a member of 360 staff or your potential landlord to be willing to meet you or to take you to look at a property… Most people only work Monday – Friday.  Be prepared in this instance to find lodgings or a B & B overnight.  Unless your landlord has specifically agreed to meet you at the weekend, we strongly advise you not to travel on a Friday night, Saturday, or Sunday, as you are highly unlikely to gain access to a property at these times.

Whichever way things pan out above; attending site to take a skills test is the next critical part of the process!
