Getting a job with us
Learn all about our interview process and how we get to know you.
So how do you get a job with 360 Recruitment? The first thing that we need to do is interview you. This could be face to face; we run regular open days at various locations across Europe where to come and meet us here. If you can’t get to one of these events – don’t panic! We are happy to interview you by phone / Skype / Facetime.
Next, one of our staff will take your personal and career history details, they will need to know where you have worked before, what skills you possess, and you’ll need to provide us with contact details of a previous employer that we can get in touch with to verify your employment history. We use a variety of different interview forms to help us to gain accurate information about you. If you want to look at these -they can be found here!
Once the interview is complete – you will be asked to check the information gathered, and then to sign & date the form. This is to allow us to keep your details on file to inform you about jobs that match your skills! This is a legal requirement for all businesses operating within the EU.
It’s at this stage that our staff assess your skills, and then match them to the various needs of our customers, once they have done this, they will then be able to tell you about what jobs we can offer you. During this conversation you should ask everything you need to know about the job (or jobs) that we are proposing to you, make sure you have all the facts you need! At this point you will need to make a decision – to either accept the job offered – or decline. If you decline, the process ends here! If you accept, we will send you a formal job offer letter, just like the example you can find here.
Once you receive the offer letter you will be prompted to sign and return the document – attaching a copy of your Identification Documentation (we need a photograph or scan of a valid ID document that proves your right to live / work in the country that your job will be based) please send us the ID that you will have with you when you reach us! We will then validate your documentation.
Once we have confirmed the validity of your document we will send you a conditional offer of employment. Along with a couple of other documents. You will need to complete these and return them to us. Don’t worry, all of these documents are sent to you electronically and can be completed on any device that is connected to the internet. It’s a simple and easy process to follow!
